What is the shipping policy?

Items that are ready to ship are out to you in 1-3 business days. Made to order items will ship in 2-3 weeks.

I pack my shipments with diligence and care. I cannot replace or refund items that have been damaged in transit, as I am not in control of what happens to my packages once they enter the postal system.

DOMESTIC

Items ship Canada Post with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL

Items ship Canada Post with tracking. International orders (beyond North America) allow 4-12 weeks for delivery above production time. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or taxes the parcel may incur upon delivery to your country.

Returns or exchanges?

You may return your purchase for a refund within 5 days of receipt of your order. Packages should be repacked carefully as I cannot refund items that arrive back broken. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. No returns on custom orders or sale items.
